All items visible on our website are in our current range. We do aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is visible on the website. However, from time to time an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.
Returns Policy Delivery Promises We know that your delivery requirements are going to vary so we have a few options which should cover all eventualities.
Auckland Delivery Options Next Day - $6. If you place your order before 2pm we will ensure it is with you by the following day. Standard Delivery - Free of charge. Not in any particular rush? We will make sure your order is with you within 5 working days. International Deliveries - We are happy to deliver worldwide but costings vary. To organise your international order please either email us at SAVOIE or call us on 0800-SAVOIE. North-South Island - All deliveries outside of Auckland are overnight and cost will depend on size of item. Rural addresses - There will be a surcharge for rural delivery depending on location. We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on rural courier schedules. As so many people shop with us for gifts we are happy to deliver directly to you or to an address of your choice - just fill in your required delivery address at checkout. How to return goods Return a copy of the invoice with the product and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Package the items, attach the invoice and send back to:
Returns When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
